I was very fortunate to get a start in the medical industry in 1995 with DePuy Orthopedics. I immediately loved it and have never looked back. It was then, and always will be, an honour and a privilege to work alongside extraordinary doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals, playing a supporting role in the treatment of their patients. Having worked with industry giants for 19 years, I launched Kynesis in 2014 so as to be more supportive and responsive to my customers’ needs.

My bride Sarah and two spirited sons keep me on my toes. When I can steal a moment, I love a movie, book and mountain bike adventure and, always looking for a set or five of tennis.

A passion for helping people fuelled my decision to become a Biomedical Engineer. I am excited to contribute to the process that takes an idea from concept to a product in the operating room, which has the potential to transform someone’s life. With Kynesis, I’m honoured to be a part of the support network for healthcare professionals.

In my spare time I enjoy traveling, relaxing on the beach and exploring new food and cultures.

With Bachelor degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Medical Science, I strive to utilise my knowledge to further improve patient outcomes. I am excited to work with clinicians to improve implant design to positively impact patient’s liv

Outside of work I try to keep active and social. I spend most of my spare time with friends, playing sport or traveling to new places.

Compelled by an interest in the medical world, I love being a part of the Kynesis team. The dynamic nature of the medical device industry keeps me challenged and excited, and I feel privileged to play a small role in the extraordinary work I see the Doctors and their teams perform every day, to improve the quality of their patient’s lives.

Out of the office, you’ll find me studying science at USyd, watching football, drinking coffee or running, albeit slowly.

A fascination for clinical anatomy and biomechanics first drew me into the healthcare field where I studied and worked as a physiotherapist. After seeing my patients have great surgical results and return to their unlimited lifestyles, I felt drawn into the medical devices space and be closer to the moment where patient's lives are transformed. Every day I feel privileged to be supporting talented medical teams and share in their strong vision to improve patient's lives.

When I'm off duty, you'll find me in the kitchen entertaining friends and family, or trying very hard to be graceful in a dance class
